I’m 8 Months Old!

Today I’m 8 months old! The day is going along pretty much like any other day, except that today I dug a hole in the backyard, I thought when no one was looking!

Remind me to show you how Nala’s drawing is coming along — mommy has worked on it quite a bit.

I’ll show you the great-looking hole I dug in the backyard this morning, but first take a look at this pic — my human sister took it before I started doing anything.

And I’m off! Look at that control — the dedication — the strategy!

I’ve got one paw in the dirt and I’m feelin’ good!

So I thought no one was looking when I dug this hole. Little did I know that someone’s usually always watching me. lol

As soon as mommy found out about the hole, she filled it right up again. At least she’s getting practice with that!

Later on mommy took out this party blower and let me look at it. Boy that thing is quick! I wanna eat it!

Ahhh, gotcha!

Nooo, I don’t wanna let go! It’s my birthday — I can hold onto it if I want to!

Sooo, it’s been a good birthday. I dug a hole, ate a party blower, and spent time with my family. Being 8 is great!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Here’s an updated picture of the drawing mommy’s doing of Nala (it’s a small section of a larger 24″x36″ drawing):
