Diet? What diet? Yeah, I’m on a diet… but that doesn’t mean I can’t cheat once in a while! Teehee!
First…
I want to share another drawing my mommy did… It’s a doggie who belongs to one of her Instagram friends.

Now for Yummy Cake!
Drum roll, please…
Mommy made her VERY FIRST CAKE… EVER!
First she made the chocolate layer…
Then she made the yellow layer.
Then she put them both together!
Nala and I couldn’t eat the cake,
but everyone said that it tasted pretty good!
We did get to taste the yellow cake batter, though.
After Nala had a little bit, mommy let me have my turn.
She kept telling me that I had enough, but I didn’t.
It was really gooood! Finally mommy managed to
take the bowl away from me, and I realized that I
had some batter on my nose. Boy did that taste good!
I think I’m gonna like this new baking thing.

That drawing of your Momma’s is just beautiful! And then to bake her first cake, you must have been in heaven! Oh I think your going to love this new baking thing for sure!

Both mommy’s cake AND her drawing look great! I love when we get to lick out mixing bowls, too! Although it is usually YoYoMa that momma has to drag away when he has had enough!

I bet it WAS tasty — but sadly, we didn’t get to taste it. I’m on a diet, so that may have been one reason. *sings in Nemo tune* There’ll be no eating here tonight… I’m on a diet… *Sigh*
Ya gotta love cake batter. yum yum. The best part is the stuff on your nose. I’m sending an email in just a bit about my wonderful drawing.

The cake sure came out looking mighty fine Mommy!
Bailey, you got that look in your eyes when licking the bowl. Lily does the same thing. It’s like you’re looking into outerspace with not a care in the world. I think it’s called licking the batter bowl nirvana.
Love the new drawing….. Daddy hung ours up yesterday in our den. Mommy will get some pictures posted soon of them being PROUDLY displayed.
