A couple of weeks ago, my family went to a Pet Expo… without Nala and me. That’s right — they didn’t take us to an event that allows furries!

There were so many people there with their furry ones.

Furries could get low-cost vaccinations and stuff.

Taylor said that once they got into the
building, there were doggies all over the place!
There were doggies in fences…

Doggies in carriages…

And then there was one of my favorite doggies…
Hercules, from the TV show, Pit Boss.
Hercules is VERY well-behaved!

Mommy waited in line to meet Shorty Rossi, also
from the show. She gave him the drawing she did of
Hercules. His response was: “Oh sh*t. Thank you!”

Mommy took a picture with Shorty and Hercules.

Taylor wanted to adopt this little puppy.
He would have made a nice playmate for me, I think.

This little doggie licked a lollipop, and
then the woman put it back into her mouth.
I would have eaten the entire thing. Heh.

Some cages had humans in them, as well as doggies!

Mommy says this is a Giant Schnauzer. It was very big!

There were greyhounds that were looking for homes…

And tiny little doggies dressed up in jewels.

And a crazy dude on 2 legs, pretending to be a doggie!

Some doggies got to make friends.

And some doggies rode around in a closed carriage.

There were a lot of clothes for humans,
with great sayings on them.

And there were a lot of clothes and products for doggies.

This little doggie bed was being raffled off.

These leashes were for sale. They had some funny sayings, like…
“One of us comes when called,” ” One of us is in deep doo doo,”
and “One of us is a rescue.”

There was an agility course too. And that was the teacher
who taught the class I went to when I was a puppy!

I think this little doggie wanted to run the course!

These greyhounds were wearing booties!

Look at this cute little puppy! *squeeze*

This little doggie was showing off some heart monitoring equipment.

This doggie reminded me of Benny & Lily! Too cute!

Many doggies were wearing shirts that said “Adopt Me.”

There were a few Great Danes at the show.
This one was black with some white.

This one was white with some black.

There were a couple of kissing booths.
Who wouldn’t wanna kiss this face? π

Here’s another kissing booth. What a sweet doggie. π

Oh my goshies… look at this dog house!

It’s fit for a… what kind of doggie is this??

It’s a piggie! Teehee!

Mommy asked this lady if she could take a photo of her shirt.
Do you agree with this? We do!

Look at all the Husky stuffiesss!
Mommy said it was a good expo, except for the couple of people who hit their doggies while we were there. Why do people have to be so mean?

That Expo looks like it was a lot of fun!
Looks like it was a very interesting day. So how come you and Nala didn’t get to go?
‘Cause Nala doesn’t like other doggies, and I’m a crazy girl. π
that shorty scares me
Benny & Lily
How fun! That white huskerboo is a cutie!

I can’t believe you didn’t get to go, but it sure looked like fun. I hope you got some goodies when your family got home.
Loveys Sasha
Oh GOSH! That looks like so much fun! Except I get sad when I see dogs in cages and I always want to bring them ALL home….

Hero
Such a cool Expo!
Dachshund Nola
The nerve of your family not taking you!!! You would have stole the show!!! It looks like great fun there, maybe a pet expo will show up at my town!!
~Higgins
I didn’t get to see that Shorty guy at MY PetExpo.. Yours was a grrrrreat expo. Were there like 87 bazillion FREE thingys? there were at Mine. We came out with 2 bags full of stuffs.
That looks like a great event. I bet you were upset when you saw these pictures and realized what you missed out on. I sure hope lots of doggies were adopted. What I want to know is why to these mean people have dogs? If they are going to hit them, they just have no business having a dog. It just breaks my heart.
Sounds like Mom had a good time.
The expo sure does look like it was great! Too bad you and Nala had to stay home. π It would really tug on the old heart strings seeing all those dogs who need to be adopted!
Doggie kissing booths, I like that.
Blessings,
Goose
The expo looks great and interesting!
Doggies were hit by their owners? So mean!!!
BAILEY!!!!!! Somehow I lost your blog on my reader, and found you again and added you back to my list! It’s so good to be back, and see what you’ve been up too! For this post, I’ll just say that I do love a good Pet Expo! I enjoy seeing all the great things for dogs, and watching the little events held during them–But I have to tell you, about 5 years ago when I was helping at a booth that our rescue had at an Expo, I got thrown out because I complained to everyone and started circulating a petition because the elephant that they had there wasn’t getting enough breaks…He really wasn’t…
