Bailey Bridge Blocker (Video)

I thought that once we got our new floor, everything would go back in its place. But that hasn’t happened… yet.

Not that it’s a bad thing, ’cause I love the big space for zoomies. Here’s where we’re at:

  • There’s still missing furniture in the dining room and living room, though there is a gaming chair, an area rug, and a computer chair.
  • The walls still need to be painted, and new floor boards installed.
  • Pictures need to be put back up on the walls.
  • Mommy and daddy need to buy a new sofa and love seat.
  • Daddy needs to build Nala and me a new sitting area near the window.
  • The dining room table needs to come back into the house from the patio.
  • Since mommy’s computer died recently and cannot be fixed, she needs to get a new one so she can stop floating around between my little net book computer and Taylor’s desktop. Then she can bring in her computer chair from Taylor’s room, and sit back at her desk like she used to.

Since we have all this floor space, I’ve been making myself verrrry comfortable laying all over the place — all over the floor, along the walls, etc. One of my favorite new spots to lay, is right up against gate #2, which is in the hallway.

Nala hasn’t taken advantage of all the floor space, and so still likes to lay in her usual spots. One of those spots, is on the other side of the gate. With me laying against my favorite new spot (against the hall way gate), how does Nala get to her favorite spot (mommy and daddy’s bedroom)? The following video will show you how. πŸ˜‰

No, really, Bailey, don’t get up! You are like a fluffy agility jump for Nala!

  4. You make a great “Jump”. Give Nala a little extra exercise before her nap!!

Bailey you are nice to just sit there and let Nala jump over you! If Nala lived with a brown dawg, all that jumping would be seen as an invite to join in the jumping. πŸ™‚

Ha, you aren’t being lazy or a pain by lying there – you’re just trying to help Nala get some more exercise! πŸ™‚

  7. Yes, we agree with Roo – great opportunity for Nala to get in some good jumps.

Your house sounds like ours, lots and lots of projects to get started and completed. We are just finishing up outside, then the big inside paint job/ new carpets/ new furniture begins. Could take over a year to get it all done.
