Exactly 2 weeks ago, the floor tile installation man came back to our house, and removed grout from between many of the floor tiles. Nala and I had to stay behind the hallway gate, and at times even had to stay inside Taylor’s room with the door closed.

\nWhen the floor guy comes, we go behind the gate. <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nThis was the 4th time the floor guy came to fix
\nsome of the grout. The bad grout was marked by the blue tape.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nAnd there was A LOT of blue tape… <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nAfter he removed the bad grout, he put down new grout. <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nThe floor was covered with grout, even after washing it twice.
\nMommy said Nala and I couldn’t walk on it until it was clean…
\nshe didn’t want me licking it. Heh. <\/em><\/p>\n

\nDaddy brought out the boards from the garage again,
\n’cause we couldn’t walk on the floor for a few days. <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nMommy brought my pillow over near her, so I could lay on it.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nNala and I hope this is the LAST time we have to stay
\nbehind the gate because of this floor! When I originally
\ncalled the floor job “The Big Thing<\/a>,” I didn’t realize
\nhow big a project this would turn out to be! <\/em>
\n<\/center><\/p>\n

The floor guy is coming back this Thursday to seal the grout on the entire floor, even where there wasn’t a problem. Mommy says that they are not charging her, ’cause of all the trouble she’s been through already. She says that it’s a $500 freebie! Nala and I are gonna have to stay in the bedroom for that, ’cause it’ll take at least an hour for the sealer to dry. <\/p>\n

We can’t wait for this all to be over already…<\/p>\n
