It’s been 13 days since my hu-sister had surgery on her nose<\/a>. I’ve been taking it easy today, ’cause… well, ya know… taking care of humans is hard work. \ud83d\ude09

My Taylor…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Below is a photo of Taylor just 4 days ago. You can see her new nose, but it’s still way swollen. The Dr said that she needs to tape it twice a day to help with the swelling, and said that it would take many months (and even a year or more), before we would see the final result. The tip will take the longest to change. I don’t think I can wait that long!<\/p>\n

Not only will you see Taylor’s new nose in this photo, you’re gonna see her new tattoo! Mommy says Taylor’s first tattoo holds a lot of meaning for her. The camera is for her passion for photography; and the butterflies… well, Taylor says, “it’s said that whenever you want to harm yourself, you should draw a butterfly on your body. If you harm yourself, the butterfly dies.” Taylor had experienced a rough couple of years, but things have started to look up for her. Mommy says that it’s wonderful to have a tattoo that you love, and even better when it holds a great deal of meaning. <\/p>\n

Taylor wanted her first tattoo to be simple and sketchy, like a doodle. So mommy designed it that way, and Taylor finally had a real one made, instead of having mommy draw it over and over on her with Sharpie markers. \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n
