It’s not easy being the sister of a doggie who can do lots <\/em>of tricks. Sometimes I feel like I can’t do anything but jump around and go crazy. But today… today, I’m gonna do it!

\nEven though I can ring the bell<\/a> when I have to go out, and go far<\/a>, I still wanted to do something else<\/em>… something that’s out of the ordinary for me<\/em>. I wondered what I could do.<\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Nala, can you teach me a new trick?” <\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Nala thought we should start with something simple, like sitting up. I didn’t know how that was going to go, since I have yet to be able to sit up by myself.<\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“It’s easy, Bailey. All you have to do is sit on your back legs.
\nThen put your front legs up, and look cute!” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Look cute, huh? I can do that.” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\nI tried sitting up, but I couldn’t sit on my back legs.
\nSo instead of sitting…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\nI ended up jumping… <\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

After the sitting up trick didn’t work, Nala thought she’d teach me how to roll over. Ha! I knew how this was going to go.<\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Bailey, to roll over, you have to start off by laying down…” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“I can see that, Nala. So all I have to do is lay down?” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“How’s this? Yeah! I’m halfway there, right..?
\n‘Cause I can’t turn my head around anymore.” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Um, not quite. You have to use your feet and
\nturn them around to the other side. Hmmm… maybe rolling over
\nisn’t a good trick for you. I have another one in mind.” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“I can’t sit up… I can’t roll over. What else is<\/em> there?” <\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Mommy brought out some bones. Yum! At least I was going to get to eat! This last trick must be pretty good!<\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Bailey, this trick involves great concentration.” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“You have to concentrate on the bone, but also control yourself.
\nYou don’t want to ruin the trick by going crazy.” <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Tada! You don’t have to do anything but hold a bone on your nose!
\nWanna give it a try, Bailey?” <\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

I stared at Nala — and they call me <\/em>crazy! Balancing a bone on your head?! What in the world would I do that <\/em>for? Nala told me that it was entertaining for our family, to watch us do tricks. Balancing a bone on our heads was just one of the crazy ones. <\/p>\n

I told Nala that there was no way I would balance a bone on my head. Can you imagine how silly I’d look?<\/p>\n

\"Just
\n“Just give me the bone — I can just about taste it, it smells so good!” <\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

But before I knew what happened, there it was… in the one place I least expected it.<\/p>\n

\"Just
\nI don’t know how <\/em>it happened. Honest.<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n
