Yesterday was my mommy’s birthday, and last night Nala and I got to have ice cream!
\n
\nI like birthdays — for some reason the air smells differently, everyone treats one another with even more kindness, and Nala and I get to have ice cream!<\/p>\n

If you missed it, yesterday<\/a> was my mommy’s birthday. She had a very nice day, and Nala and I were on our best behavior.<\/p>\n

Later in the day when Taylor came home, she brought one of her friends with her. Remember when my mommy had a friend<\/a> of hers come to stay with us? Well, I probably wasn’t happy with her because I had never met her before. I had already met this friend of Taylor’s, but it was when I was a little puppy. I wasn’t too upset when she came inside, so I guess I must have remembered her. I’m gonna call Taylor’s friend, NS<\/em>.<\/p>\n

As soon as daddy got home, everyone went out… well, except for Nala and me. I assumed they went to pick up cake! <\/p>\n

I later found out that they went out for dinner at a nice restaurant that serves really good Italian food. >..<\n\n

\nThe restaurant they went to puts down drawing paper on all the tables,
\nso everyone has fun coloring during their dinner!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nThey give everyone a set of three crayon colors: red, blue and yellow.
\nLooks like mommy had a fun birthday dinner!
\nI see a cartoon of me and BaileyBeGood.com toward the bottom!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nEveryone drew all kinds of doodles on the table.<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

After mommy, daddy, Taylor and NS got home, daddy got the cake ready and the lights were turned off. I got a bit excited, ’cause I saw Nala jumping around and barking. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Then everyone started singing the “Happy Birthday” song.<\/p>\n

It was 6 months ago when I first heard that song. I was just 5 months old then, and it was daddy’s birthday. I seem to remember something really good after that song. And I was right…<\/p>\n

\nNS gave Nala her ice cream cup…<\/em><\/p>\n

\nOh boy, was it good.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nNala loved hers too.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI know exactly what she was thinking…<\/em><\/p>\n

\nBrain freeze!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI was in heaven.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nOh no! It’s almost gone!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI thought about stealing Nala’s after I finished mine.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI made sure to get every last drop.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nAnd every last drip.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Birthday
\nAnd then I ran away with the cup.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nNala made sure she finished hers. Drat.
\nNice marker tattoo, Taylor! It says: “You have a right to a beautiful life.”<\/em><\/p>\n

\nOne of the balloons mommy got, was Spongebob!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI wondered if it played music.

\nI decided I would keep one of the balloons.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nOf course it had a puppy on it!<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

I can’t wait until we celebrate another birthday, especially ’cause… the next one is MINE!<\/p>\n
