Sooo… remember when mommy left me alone OUT of my crate<\/a> when she went out? Well, it’s been just over a week, and she’s STILL doin’ it!
\n
\nI thought I would share a few recent experiences with you. There are pics from 4 separate days below (prepare for lots of pictures!), and the last two days may surprise you! Heh, they sure surprised me! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

For those who didn’t read my first post about being left alone outside of my crate, you can read about it here<\/a>. The quality of the following pictures are pretty bad, because mommy took screen shots from her OLD Hi8<\/em> video camera.<\/p>\n

Day 5 (PM), 8-26-11, Friday<\/strong> Time left alone: 1 Hour.<\/p>\n

\nThis is my favorite position when I sit by the window.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI also like to cuddle on one end of the couch.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nSometimes I hear something, so I get up and check.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nUsually it’s nothing, so I go find another comfy spot to relax.
\nUsually, I stare at Nala, who after 12 years is stuck in a crate.
\nI’m sorry, Nala!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nSometimes I take a nap.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nBut most of the time I’m awake, waiting for mommy to come home…
\nall while Nala is stuck INSIDE my crate.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI get so excited when mommy and Taylor get home!
\nI usually run over to Nala…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nbut not until I stick my nose in the video camera. \ud83d\ude09<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Day 8 (PM), 8-29-11, Monday<\/strong> Time left alone: 2 1\/2 Hours. (2 1\/2 hours!!<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

\nOnce mommy leaves, I go right to my usual guard dog position.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nRight to my favorite comfy spot on the couch.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nSometimes it’s this one…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nS-T-R-E-T-C-H!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nIt’s not easy waiting for someone you love to come home!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nMaybe it’s time to take a nap.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nAnd there I go…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI thought I heard something, but it was just a car passing by.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nBack to napping. I know mommy would be home soon.<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Day 10 (AM), 8-31-11, Wednesday<\/strong> Time left alone: 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

On this morning, things were VERY different. The first picture is the view from outside the window, after mommy left the house.<\/p>\n

\nHmmm…do you see what I see??<\/em><\/p>\n

\nThis is the view from inside the house just after mommy left.
\nDo you see anything different?<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nNala’s not in my crate! She’s left out alone, with ME!<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

For those of you wondering…<\/strong> Nala has NEVER been in a crate. She’s always <\/em>been a good girl and has never <\/em>done anything wrong. It’s only now <\/em>that I’m<\/em> left out of my crate, that Nala <\/em>has to go inside the crate. Mommy says it’s for her protection, but I’m not too sure about that.<\/p>\n

\nNala was a little confused, and I was too! This was the first time
\nthat I was allowed to stay outside the crate WITH Nala!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nNala paced the floor and then found the camera!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nHELLOOOO Nala!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI SEEEE you!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI guarded the window, while Nala paced the floor.
\nShe must have been a bit nervous being alone with me.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nShe had nothing to worry about… muahaha<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nWanna P-L-A-Y, Nala??<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nCome on… no one’s here to stop us from having fun.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nNo one will everrr know.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI tried to get Nala to give in to one little chase,
\nbut she stood her ground and barked at me.
\nShe told me she just wasn’t interested.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nThen she went to sit on the couch. Party pooper.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nThen she started pacing again.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nShe made me dizzy with her walking all over.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nSo to busy myself, I went and sniffed the video camera.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nNala and I eventually settled down on the couch.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI think our first time out together went really well!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nI hope mommy lets us stay out again together.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nThere she is! Maybe I should have hidden the camera. Ya think?<\/em>
\n<\/center><\/p>\n

After viewing the video, mommy said that we both behaved really well, despite my attempts to get Nala to play around. Granted, it was only 25 minutes. Mommy said that she’ll try and leave us both out for short trips, but she doesn’t think that she’ll be leaving Nala out for longer periods — I guess she thinks I’ll get bored and want to play rough with her. Well, YEAH I would! Heh. <\/p>\n

Day 11 (AM), 9-1-11, Thursday<\/strong> Time left alone: 35 minutes.<\/p>\n

\nI thought mommy leaving us both out alone was just
\na one time thing, but she did it again yesterday!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Alone
\nThis time we were both really good. I think mommy’s gonna
\nlet us both stay out more often.<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

I’m sad that our neighbor’s house got robbed, but that was the reason that mommy began leaving me out of my crate when she wasn’t home. I’m glad she did, whatever the reason. I love it! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
