Nala and I have been very patient doggies. We lived for months without carpeting in the living room. Then we lived for months with just a cement floor. Then we had our window couch taken away, AND the family<\/strike> my couch. Then the couch invader<\/a> arrived. How much more can two doggies take?

\nMy mommy didn’t say a word to me about my sitting on the couch<\/a> the other day (heh heh, she couldn’t, ’cause she wasn’t here to catch me at that moment). But she is<\/em> doing whatever she can to remind me to stay off of it when no one is home, including putting boxes on each cushion! Take a look — isn’t my mommy silly?<\/p>\n

\nReally, mommy?<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Then this past Wednesday, mommy and Taylor dragged Taylor’s wooden bench out of her room, and placed it near the living room window. They had me very confused.<\/p>\n

\nWhat’s this supposed to be?<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI admit that I can see out the window…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nBut this is not<\/strong> a couch. *cough*<\/em><\/p>\n

\nDo you really expect me to lay down on this?<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI guess it’s easier for Nala to stand up on… <\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nBut me — I’m gonna stick to my good ol’ stool. <\/em><\/p>\n

\nEven though Nala could lay on it alone…<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Not
\nBut uh… really? We don’t think so.<\/em><\/center><\/p>\n

Daddy! When are you gonna start working on Nala’s and my new couch? We’re not rushing you, but this bench has got to go!<\/p>\n

Bella Tribute<\/strong> I don’t remember the story of Tarra the elephant, and Bella the doggie, but my mommy remembers seeing the video of them hanging out together. I watched a video of them yesterday, and thought they had a wonderful friendship. Sadly, Bella passed away recently, and Tarra is left to mourn her loss.
