\"AThis month I’ll be 7 months. Puppies my age should eat about twice a day, depending on how big they are. Though sometimes I eat only once because I’m not always that hungry. But in the middle of the day while I’m waiting for my next meal, I love…and I really mean this…I love<\/em>, treats in a Kong.
\n
\nI never imagined there would be something sooo <\/em>good inside something so fun. I’m not lying — ask Nala…she <\/em>loves them too! And she’s older than me (12 years), so she knows. See the photo on the left? Those are our Kongs. Mine’s the pink one, and Nala’s is the red one. As soon as mom takes those Kongs out and holds them up, I make a mad dash for my house. Nala usually stands there and barks a lot while jumping around. She gets a little too <\/em>excited, I think, but I can understand why. \"AMom used to put this puppy flavored spray-food-in-a-can stuff in mine, and put cream cheese in Nala’s. But then I got bigger, and I think mom thought I would enjoy the cream cheese just as much as Nala does, so I don’t get the puppy stuff anymore (which is fine with me).<\/p>\n

\"AAfter filling them, mom used to lay my Kong down in my house… but it wasn’t easy to eat it that way. It would roll all over my cushion and the cream cheese would get all over too. Look at the photo on the left — that’s me having a hard time getting the cream cheese because the Kong won’t stay still! After seeing me go crazy a few times, mom came up with this idea — she now puts the Kong right inside the bars of my house, and wa la — no more rolling around! Isn’t it great<\/em>?! I think Nala’s a little jealous that her set up isn’t as professional as mine.<\/p>\n

\"ANala gets her Kong served on the couch by the window. All mom needs to say is, “window!” and Nala runs to the couch and waits. She gets so excited…it’s so funny to watch. And thanks to mom’s new idea, I can now lick my cream cheese and <\/em>watch Nala eat hers at the same time! It doesn’t get much better than this. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
