Last night I went on my first ever, walk in the dark! And boy, was it dark!
It was about 9pm last night, when out of the blue my daddy asked me if I wanted to go for a walk. I jumped right up! Of course I did!

It was so dark, that I had to lighten this picture so you could see me!
We walked around the neighborhood for about a half hour.
Mommy brought a flashlight just in case! Can you see me? Teehee!
From time to time during our walk, mommy shined the light on me.
Nighttime walks are great! I think if my daddy asks me to go again, I will definitely say yes. ๐

I love night walks to but My Vickie gets a little nervous about it so we don’t go too often. Only if John and Trigger go with us cause we live in a weird area. There are lots of homeless people around here and some transients who sometimes steal dogs and eat them. No its true….or they sell them to labs or use them to train their fighting dogs, oh and we are not too far from a special home for people just out of prison.
They are all nice people in the day light but they make us both a little nervous at night.
Oh yeah and the skunks….lots and lots of skunks…….

We mostly walk in the dark in the summer because it’s too hot to walk in the day time! We even got cool light up leashes!
