Today, as always, Nala and I ran in the backyard. She usually chases me and I always get away. But today, she caught up with me…twice! That old girl’s still got spunk! I couldn’t believe it!

Last night, one of the bedroom doors was open and I went in. Don’t worry, I’m allowed in there…when my human sister is inside. But she was busy, so I peeked inside. Big mistake. The door closed behind me and when I tried to get out, the door closed shut! So I took some time and looked around at all the stuff I’m not allowed to look at. 😉

December, 2010: 6 months, 47 lbs.
December is here and this month I turned 6 months old! The weather is getting colder, and I love it! But I think my family thinks Nala and I are cold, so they bought us jackets! They thought it was cute, but we don’t wear them anymore. Besides…I’d much rather play around and shake the jacket. It makes a great toy!

October, 2010: 4 months, 34 lbs.
November, 2010: 5 months, 43 lbs.
October and November went by so quickly! In October I had my last series of shots (yay!), and my doctor said I was in perfect health. Not that I mind visiting the doctor — I meet lots of other doggies there, and even see a few cats! (Hiss!). You should have seen me the first time I saw a cat though…scared me so much I started barking and got everyone’s attention! Someone said, “First time she’s seen a cat?” Heck yeah first time!
