I don’t know exactly how cold it is, but my paws are freeezing! I think I’m going to stay inside until later — maybe it’ll warm up some. I love looking out the window — there are usually birds flying around and in the trees. I love when a bunch of them walk up to the house and look for food in the grass, right outside my window. Then I can stare for as long as I want…until they fly away. 🙂

Boy is it windy today! I went outside and my ears were flopping all over! I love the wind because it makes everything fly around, especially the leaves! There were so many leaves flying in the air, that I couldn’t decide which ones to chase first. 
And the smells — lets just say that I hope it stays windy for a long time.
But I also miss the warm weather, and all the fun I have with my turtle pool. It’s too cold to go in the water now, but one day the weather will be warm again, and I’ll be able to splash and play! Until then, I can only dream…

There’s nothing like waking up and taking a walk outside in the early morning hours, when no one else seems to be awake (or seems to be watching you). Hey, what can I say. I love the sounds of the birds and the smell of the air in the mornings…and the afternoons…and the evenings. Sometimes a leaf will fall from one of the trees and catch my attention, and I’m lost in a gaze. I always manage to catch anything that moves, no matter how small it is.
