I woke up in the middle of the night while everyone was sleeping. I’m not feeling that well — wonder if it was that late night snack I had last night? I woke up my mommy and she took me outside…felt OK to go back to sleep.
This morning I was not feeling well again. My mommy suggested that I not get my morning bone or my late night snack today — how ruff!
Gonna go back to sleep for a little while. Hopefully I’ll feel better later!

I think of myself as a water puppy. Yep, the kind of puppy that can’t get drenched enough. The type of puppy that doesn’t want to come in when it’s raining. In the backyard, if you pick up the hose — I’m right there. I’ll want to drink the water, get wet, jump in it, and have a great time. Sometimes I wish I had the power to turn the hose on and off by myself. Why bother my family when I can entertain myself, right?
There’s nothing like waking up and taking a walk outside in the early morning hours, when no one else seems to be awake (or seems to be watching you). Hey, what can I say. I love the sounds of the birds and the smell of the air in the mornings…and the afternoons…and the evenings. Sometimes a leaf will fall from one of the trees and catch my attention, and I’m lost in a gaze. I always manage to catch anything that moves, no matter how small it is.
