Night Bath

You know how much I LOVE water, right? I love drinking water, playing in water, walking in the rain, and being hosed down with water. Most of the time I know when I’m going to get wet. Other times, it just escapes me…

Last night, when I was going through one of my crazy runs through the house, I kinda smashed right into Nala. I almost knocked her over, that’s how hard the impact was. Well, mommy got upset and tried to calm me down by making me lay down on the floor. As often happens, I get a little nervous when I do something wrong, and somehow… the floor beneath me, got wet. Accidentally.

Well, there was no calming me down now. To the dismay of my mommy and daddy, I rolled around all over that wet spot. Yeeeep, got all nice and wet. Then I proceeded to smack my wet tail all over the place. As you can imagine, I was due for a hose-down.

Daddy took me outside on my leash, and got the hose. He sprayed me good…and I LOVED every minute of it!! I should get a bath EVERY night!!

When I came inside, the towel mommy had used to dry the floor was still in that spot. I grabbed the towel and started to shake it and as daddy said, “mop the floor.”

Now I think it’s time to wet the couch…

Gotta roll all over so I can get dry! Crazy eye alert!
