I’m signing in real quick from our car just outside the library — we still don’t have Internet at home. ๐
The neighbor’s wireless network that we were using, is no longer working at home (I guess they shut us out).
We were sent a new modem, but daddy says that the firmware is different, whatever that means. So, they’re sending us a new modem. It could get here later today, or tomorrow, or even as late as Monday.
Mommy & daddy say that they never realized how many things they use the Internet for. Besides their own websites that they work on (they have 4), they use the Internet for many things such as keeping in touch with friends & family, to learn what’s going on in the world, and to look up phone numbers for businesses. And now I’m learning that I need the Internet to keep up my own website!
Nala’s doing well. She’s loving her ground food — oh wowzers, you should see the tongue pics that mommy took while Nala was eating. I never knew Nala has such a long tongue! I can’t wait to show you those.
I’m doing OK too. A little bummed that Nala and I can’t play outside together, but ah well. I’m a puppy… I’ll get over it. ๐
Well, mommy says we have to leave. I hope I can sign in tomorrow, but if I don’t, you’ll know why.
Miss you all!
Woofs & hugs for a GREAT weekend!

No interwebs??!! That really is a hardship. When we moved from Maine to Texas, we were without a modem for about a month because the cable co. screwed up or shipped modem, then a 2nd got lost in the mail and a 3rd was defective. It makes you feel disconnected from the universe!
Oh wow! A whole month?! I think I would have doggie withdrawals! I felt disconnected from everyone for just a few hours! lol
Woofs & hugs,

That stinks, no internet! I can’t get on my site at work. They would flip out if they saw me blogging! LOL
Have a nice weekend!
Deborah
Hi Deborah! I hope you have a nice weekend too!! ๐
Being without the internet makes it kind of hard to keep up. Can someone with wireless shut you out – individually, such as you in particular, or just everyone? We don’t have wireless so we don’t know anything about it.
It certainly does! I’m not sure how the whole wireless Internet thing works — all I know is that we were no longer able to use the neighbor’s connection (not even sure which neighbor). I don’t think they can shut out just one person, but not really sure. I’m pretty sure they have no idea who we are either. ๐
