Sometimes Nala feels small compared to me. It’s no wonder… I used to be smaller than her, but I’ve grown to be twice her size!
I’m not sure if it’s because I tower over her, or because I can knock her down (by accident, of course)… or if it’s because she’s less confident than I am. Whatever the reason, Nala needs a little confidence builder. And one way to increase her confidence, is to make her think she’s just as tall, if not taller, than I am.

Hellooo down there!

I think, therefore I am… tall.
So, this post is a reminder for all you furry and non-furry folk, to stand tall, no matter how small you are. It really is your bark, not your size, that matters. π
Happy Stand Tall Monday, friends!

You are so right. It is the bark that matters. π
PS That is a great picture of Nala.
A fantastic post with a fantastic message! You should do inspirational speeches, Bailey! π
P.S.: A wonderful message. I may be small, but my bark and heart are HUGE!
Wow, Nala you are SO TALL!!!!
Your pal, Pip
What a wonderful point of view to carry into the start of the week! Stand tall! Be proud of who you are! Be the best YOU that you can! Nala you are perfect…don’t fret or change a thing…just be happy and love your sister for who SHE is!
A furry nice lesson to start our week!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
You are just as big as you think you are. In my case, that means I am about the size of an elephant–at least in my own mind. lol
Puppy kisses,
Tanner
Haha~~ I agreed with “It really is your bark, not your size, that matters.” This is why I always use my ‘bark’ to let them know that I’m here! since they often over-looked me cause I’m small!
Love,
A&J
Good advice! Buddy and the Bear will try even if you can’t tell!
Nala is just beautiful the way she is. My Mom has lost 4 inches in the last year and knows what it is like to suddenly feel shorter then everyone else – but she towers above them in other ways.
We stand tall. Even tho we are short and muscular like little piggies
Benny & Lily
It is always nice to let your elders think they have one up on you:) You are very kind to Nala.

Wow Bailey,
Did Nala just grow?! She’s looking mighty tall!
I used to be way smaller than my pal Cosmo, but that didn’t stop me barking at him to play, now we’re about the same height – I must be all grown up now!
Have a fun day,
Your pal Snoopy π
Nala, mee nose jus’ how you feels. Wit mee teenie weenie legs…mee is very short (and long—BOL) Even brudder Max (DaOdderWeenie) is taller den mee. :o(
Butt…being closer to da ground gets mee to da dropped food and crumbs faster den anyone else!
yes yes Nala! You think and you shall BE π Have a great Monday Bailey and Nala!
Bailey can literally walk all over me. However, I can leap over him and that bothers him. He does not have the leaping capacity I have. So no matter what our size we all have somehting to stand tall and brag about to our fellow pups.
Katy & Bailey
That is so true! This weekend my dogs got a case of the zoomies and the Newfs were chasing the Beagle around the yard! The beagle held his ground proudly and did not let two 150lb dogs bring him down!
Very wise advice sweet Bailey!!!
You do look super tall! I agree all pups should stand tall no matter what!
You look pretty tall to me, nice long legs
