This was the third day that my mommy dropped ONLY me off at Doggie Daycare last week. The last time I went, she had given me medicine to keep me calm. But instead of giving me an entire tablet, this time she gave me only ½. I guess I was wobbling a bit too much with one tablet.

Can you see how excited I am?

Here we go again…

Nobody in the car but me…

On this day, I wasn’t as worried as I usually am. Maybe it
was the medicine — maybe I was just getting used to it all.

I couldn’t wait to get it over with…
I wanted to be dropped off and picked up already.

I really don’t like to be away from my family.

But I didn’t care as much as I usually did.

When we arrived at Doggie Daycare, I didn’t even want to get up.

But I eventually did, and they brought me into that
same room… the room where my mommy left me the days before.

This doggie was in the stall near mine. He reminded me of Nala,
but he was missing one eye. He didn’t look nervous at all.

And there I was… left alone again. You must be wondering
what was going on. I did too. You’ll see soon enough. 🙂
My mommy picked me up after 5½ hours! I was so excited to see her, that I practically knocked her down when I saw her! I was very calm on the car ride home, but so very happy to be in the car going home. I still had no idea what was going on… Ahhh, there’s still more to tell.

Doggy Day Care gives me nightmares
Benny & Lily
Hopefully you are getting used to the place, because we have a feeling this won’t be the last time you are there.
the 2 brown dawgs
Hi Bailey,
I often wonder how poochies feel when they get left at a kennel or even just the groomer for a few hours. Hang in there and hopefully you will begin to look forward to doggie daycare for playtime.
We are sending White Dog encouragement to stay relaxed and not panic…also LOTS of positive energy that this mystery will turn out to be something good.
Oh no, there’s more?! How could they do this to you
Dachshund Nola
Your such a brave girl Bailey!
Looks like fun though

Aw, be brave Bailey! I bet soon you will be loving doggy daycare!
Looks like you are gettting the hang of it. It is a good place, really. You will be a pro in no time.
Doggy Kisses,
Tanner
Is there any chance you could stay at a kennel that offers playtime with other dogs so you aren’t in that kennel all the time? Just a thought.
Woos – Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
The reason mommy puts us both in this kennel, is because our doctors are here and they’ve known us since we were puppies. Also, I would love being with other doggies, but poor Nala would really hate it. So mommy can’t board us in two different places. 🙁
Practice makes perfect – you will be an old paw at this in no time!
For a moment we were fooled. We thought it was Nala. We got to a different kind of daycare. We don’t have cages.
I think I would love a daycare with other doggies, but poor Nala would be too afraid. She’d rather be by herself in a cage. 🙁
YEP… this is Indeed.. squirrely. Peeps can be very much Sneaky sometimes.
Glad that it was easier this time. Whew.
Hey Bailey,
I can’t work it out either buddy?! It’s a true mystery…..
That Doggie sure did look like Nala, I thought it was for a second until I carried on reading…..
I’m sure it will all work out for the best,
Your pal Snoopy 🙂
Oh Bailey! You melt my heart! I’m sure everything will be okay. Remember this must be hard on your Momma too!
Somethings afoot. You’re being prepared fr something. What did they do to you in that 5 1/2 hours?
Blessings,
Goose
Awww, poor thing! I am happy that you did much better this time! I wish we lived close, you mom could always let you come and stay with me!! BOL! Wouldn’t that be fun!!
~Higgins
