I went through a whole phase of that during puppy hood – one ear up one down, both up, both down, both folded…..they eventually worked out being folded was best and did it all by themselves ๐
Your ears remind me so much of the Great Danes we had – we never got their ears trimmed and they tended to be rather, um… acrobatic at times. We loved it!
