When my mommy and Taylor brought Taylor’s bench into the living room last week, Nala and I didn’t know what to think. It’s been in the living room for a week now. It’s STILL not a couch…

What’s the use of sitting up on this bench, unless
I can see out the window? Time to raise the blinds!

That’s better. I can just imagine sitting
by the window on Nala’s and my new couch. Now
we just have to get daddy to make it.

The couch needs to be bigger than this bench, for sure.

Maybe if I pretend it’s a big couch, it will feel like it.

Hmmm. It’s not working.

It kinda works for Nala, though.

Trying it at bedtime doesn’t work either.

There’s no place to put my head. π

Do you SEE how big I am, mommy?

Maybe there’s more bench hidden under here. Nope!

We may be sitting on the bench more than we did
in the beginning, but that doesn’t mean we like it!

Even if the view is much better…

and I’m sure I look more scary to the doggies walking by.

We’re ready for our new couch now, daddy. Bring it on!
Dogs in Cars… Next post (#2) due out 11-22-11!
I’m looking for photos of Dogs in Cars! Do you have a picture of your doggie in a car? If you don’t already have my email from one of my comments on your blog, send me an email via my contact form and I’ll send you back a reply so you could reply with your photo. I’d love to post it with the next Dogs in Cars installment! If you could, take the pic of your doggie from the outside of the car (but I’ll also accept pics from the inside). Please include your doggie’s name and your blog’s name/URL, so I could list them. By the way… if you don’t have a doggie, I’ll accept an occasional picture of another furry. π
Nala and I are still recovering from her birthday party last night, so I’ll try and get the pics up for tomorrow’s post. Poor Taylor is recovering, but she’s recovering from being sick! That didn’t stop her from going out at night, then coming home and eating her share of cake! *Hrrrrumph!*
Today’s a Blog Hop, so hop away to visit some bloggie friends below! π
Happy Saturday woofs & hugs, friends! <3 ~Bailey (Yep, I'm a girl) P.S… If you’re a human who blogs about your furry, or a furry who blogs about your human… or even a furry who blogs about your life… I invite you to follow me via Google Friend Connect (see box in the right-hand column –>), and join me on Facebook. Please let me know you’ve visited — I love reading other blogs and making new friends. <3

Haha you made my day!
The quotes from the images are very funny,it made me smile.
Get a new couch for those doggies and post some pictures + quotes from the doggies ! π
No doubt about it…you and Nala need a two-dog couch thatis tall and long enough to rest your head.Maybe if you drew daddy a picture of what you have in mind?
You really need a real couch Bailey. Maybe you should go ask Santa to bring you one. π
the 2 brown dawgs
You do need a super comfy couch!
I think I do have a few pictures of Eva in the car, I’ll try to get them out later.
BOL! so Daddy still doesn’t have that couch built eh?? Seems that he’d get on it seeing how you guys want it so bad. The bench looks OK though.
That looks like a pawsome observation post.

You really do need a new couch, Bailey!
Hi Y’all,
That is the poorest excuse for a couch! Your family should be embarrassed!
Y’all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
P.S. I’m not allowed on any furniture. My humans aren’t embarrassed even a little.
There is just nothing worse than not being able to be cozy and comfy on the furniture.
Dawg, tell your mom – that bench just ain’t working for you. You are a big dog. You need more space. You won’t be doing any shrinking – unless maybe they stick you in the dryer -which we certainly hope they wouldn’t do. So a bigger couch is in order. Boondocks says!
AROOOOOF!
Boondocks & The Love Shack Pack
Just blog hopping around and thought I’d say woof! That looks like a good, but not so comfy, window watching spot you’ve got there Bailey! :o)
Lots of puppy kisses,
Alfie
PS. Hope I’ll see you in our Monday Mischief Pet Bloghop again on Monday? π

Oh, you betcha! Teehee! Woofs! <3
Your Daddy better hurry up with that couch!
My couch is the condo in the cat tree! Except I have to curl up in it or put my head on the window sill. I asked Mom to look through all her pics to see if there’s one of me in the car–oh, wait! I was a bobble-head one time! I’ll send it!
When will the couch be made? We hope soon!
Sam
Hi Bailey! I don’t think I’d like that bench either. Even though it does seem pretty cool to be able to stand and look out the window like that. Can you imagine how many delivery people you could scare with that thing? ROFL
Yes, you two really do need a couch, you’re not bench warmers after all! Happy weekend everyone!
I love your new bench – that is great!! LOL silly humans – we hate when they dont open our blinds for us
Poor Bailey and Nala! You definitely need a dog couch! We have one, but with 3 canines there’s always one left out. π
I will have to look and see if I have a car photo. Oh wait, I do, I’ll request you e-mail.:o)))
Coming through from the Blog Hop.
