I always hear the neighbor dog barking when I’m outside.
He’s so distracting when I’m trying to play.

I’ve gotcha, and I wanna play! Hrumph!

I am afraid we are a bit like those bad neighbor dogs, we bark at our neighbor dog too. Mom always brings us inside when we do it though
