I’ve talked about dragonflies a few times — they’re such interesting winged creatures. We recently came across something called, Shutterfly. Does this creature have wings, too?
Apparently NOT! Shutterfly is a whole OTHER creature! It’s actually a website where you can upload your photos and have really creative stuff made.
Mommy has heard of Shutterfly before, but there just hasn’t been the right time to order anything. If you keep reading, you’ll see why I’m really excited about Shutterfly (and why you bloggie friends should be too!)
Shutterfly has amazing products! And after you add your own photographs, the recipient is sure to love them! Below are just a few of the different items they offer:
- Christmas Cards: Tis the season for sending cards, right? We don’t celebrate Christmas, but there are also regular photo cards and cards that are labeled “Holiday.” I can imagine a card filled with Nala’s and my photos. What a grand holiday it will be!
- Invitations: There are many occasions to choose from, like… Baby’s 1st Birthday, Baby Shower, Birthdays, Kids Birthdays, etc. I bet with your photos, you’ll find the perfect invitation!
- Birthday Invitations: You’ll find invitations for… adults, baby boys and girls, boys, girls, and teens. You can personalize these with your photographs, and make a very special invitation.
- Announcements: Announce your special occasion… like the birth of your new baby, a graduation, a move, a wedding… All of these can be personalized with your photos.
- Photo Books: This is what Nala and I are excited about! We wanna get a Photo Book about US! I know mommy has tons of pictures, and with the design ability of Shutterfly’s Photo Book (layouts and backgrounds, etc.), I know it’ll be awesome!
These photo albums where you just stick 3×5 or 4×6 photos in,
are a thing of the past! Where’s the creativity here?

Those photo books are very special because you can customize them and it looks just like a published book! Momma did a few to give as gifts last year and loved the idea.

I think shutterfly has been around for awhile and they have some great deals – you just have to keep a watch for the coupon codes,
I know some who Shutterfly and they love it too! Me, I think flying is scary!

Hi Bailey, your a girl!!! I should say that when I am talking about Tinker, cause she’s a girl too. Really she acts like a boy most of the time tho!!! She plays really hard and she bites a lot!!!!! When she first came to live with me a month and 9 days ago she was so puppy. She didn’t know anything, not even her name. She has come a long way in a month and 9 days!!

I used Shutterfly for my Christmas cards last year and they turned out wonderful! I am looking forward to creating them again this year!
Marmie has never used Shutterfly, but she is considering using it to make her wedding album. I know an album of you two would be a lovely addition to the coffee table.
We’ve heard of Shutterfly but never tried it. We’ll have to check that out!
