Nala and I have been very patient doggies. We lived for months without carpeting in the living room. Then we lived for months with just a cement floor. Then we had our window couch taken away, AND the family my couch. Then the couch invader arrived. How much more can two doggies take?
My mommy didn’t say a word to me about my sitting on the couch the other day (heh heh, she couldn’t, ’cause she wasn’t here to catch me at that moment). But she is doing whatever she can to remind me to stay off of it when no one is home, including putting boxes on each cushion! Take a look — isn’t my mommy silly?
Really, mommy?
Then this past Wednesday, mommy and Taylor dragged Taylor’s wooden bench out of her room, and placed it near the living room window. They had me very confused.
What’s this supposed to be?
I admit that I can see out the window…
But this is not a couch. *cough*
Do you really expect me to lay down on this?
I guess it’s easier for Nala to stand up on…
But me — I’m gonna stick to my good ol’ stool.
Even though Nala could lay on it alone…
But uh… really? We don’t think so.
Daddy! When are you gonna start working on Nala’s and my new couch? We’re not rushing you, but this bench has got to go!
Bella Tribute I don’t remember the story of Tarra the elephant, and Bella the doggie, but my mommy remembers seeing the video of them hanging out together. I watched a video of them yesterday, and thought they had a wonderful friendship. Sadly, Bella passed away recently, and Tarra is left to mourn her loss. BOL! I don’t think the bench is big enough for you, let alone the both of you! But such a cute photo of the two of your trying to make it work. The first photo of you is great! You look so forlorn! And your mom is funny to cover up your, er, I mean the family, couch like that. Humans are silly! I hope your daddy gets your couch done soon. You pups have really suffered. My heart goes out to you and Nala. ;->

We are allowed on some couches but not all. Now don’t laugh, but mom used to put mouse traps on the ones we were not allowed on. It didn’t take long for the sbap of the trap to scare us – never caught our snooters:) Then she would just leave them unset on the couch. We were silly enough to think they were set. Eventually she stopped putting them out AND we stay off those couches. Well, that was for Dakota, Phantom, and Thunder. And Ciara and Lightning just seem to know.
We have a great pic of our old girl Dakota and Phantom in our human sisters; Eclipse, we will see if we can find it.

Oh Bailey you have a very silly Mom to leave all them boxes on the couch like that. I can tell you there would not be much of them boxes left if that was tried at our house. Those boxes look like they could easily be moved. π Sniffs, The HoundDogs
P.S..We are sorry your Momma is not giving your info out for the CC Exchange. We have done it 2 years know and we have not had any problems with other people having our information.
