Happy 1 Yr Birthday to Me!

Ahhhh! I’m 1 year old today!

I just can’t believe it. One year old? Does that really mean that I’m no longer a puppy? ‘Cause Nala’s 12 and everyone still calls her a puppy. I don’t think I’m quite ready to give up my puppy status. I’m gonna have to keep being my crazy, playful self, so they don’t think I’ve outgrown my puppy phase… ’cause I haven’t. 😉

Mommy, daddy, Taylor, Nala and me, want to thank all of our friends — for sticking by us these past 6 months, and showing your kindness, your silliness, your thoughts, and your hearts… I don’t know if I would have stuck around this long if you all didn’t accept me for the puppy I am (*cough* still am). We are just very grateful for all of you… and I’m so glad you’ve come to join me today!!

‘Cause today’s my 1 year birthday! Wooohooo!

Taylor almost got me a cute, little gerbil for my birthday.

Ah haha, what fun that would have been!

Mommy says she has a secret for getting me to keep stuff on my
head (’cause I really don’t like it). But I still can’t figure it out!

It’s time for presents! Nala was quick today!
She grabbed the snake before I had a chance to get it.

We played tug-o-war until someone won.

I also got a chipmunk stuffie! It’s so cuuute!
It reminds me of that gerbil I didn’t get.

There is no ball too big for MY mouth… I think.

Wowserzzz… I had the best time everrrr!

What? It’s not over yet? OOOH! Good thing we’re resting up, ’cause mommy and daddy said they’re gonna take me outside for some water fun!

OOOH! And guess what? I overheard them talking and it sounded like there’s gonna be something really big happening this weekend besides my birthday. It doesn’t have anything to do with me, but if it’s happening in my house… you bet I’m gonna find out what it is! I’ll let you know when I do! Teehee!!

Yep! It’s a cupcake! And it was DELICIOUSSSS!

We also ate these really yummy cookies. They were made of
carob and had bursts of mint inside! My mouth loved them!
