Review: Newman’s Own Organics Snack Sticks for Dogs

Today I’m reviewing some super yummy snack sticks for doggies! They’re from the goodie box I received last week from Newman’s Own Organics.

Newman’s Own^&#174 Organics Snack Sticks for Dogs

The snack sticks we reviewed were the chicken & rice flavor.
Super yummy for sure! 🙂

Nala and I swore we could smell these treats
before mommy even opened the package!

But oh my goshies… once she opened the package,
we couldn’t wait to taste them! I actually started to drool,
which is something I DON’T usually do! Teehee!

See? I’m not lying! See the bubble? BOL

These treats are shaped like a long, narrow stick.
They’re about 4&#189″ long, and sectioned so you could
easily break them into smaller pieces.

Since Nala has sensitive teeth, mommy broke her
stick into smaller bite-sized pieces. Nala loved that!

A BIG piece for a BIG doggie! Heh.

Chew, chew, chew…

Now THAT was really yummy!!

Ingredients…

Organic Chicken, Organic Oat Flour, Organic Barley Flour, Soy Grits, Cane Molasses, Dextrose, Organic Brown Rice, Glycerin, Salt, Cultured Whey, Natural Flavors, Oil of Garlic, and Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

The Good Stuff:

• These snack sticks are like a bone! They’re 4&#189″ long and have sections so they can be broken into smaller pieces.
• The bag is resealable — mommy loves resealable bags! Nala & I don’t prefer them, ’cause they’re much harder to get into. Teehee!
• They taste really good! 🙂
• These treats are certified organic from Oregon Tilth.
• They’re a healthy snack — there are no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
• They’re made with organic grains, to help keep us doggies healthy!
• Nala likes hers served in small pieces. I prefer to chew a whole stick! It’s almost like a doggie bone, but it disappears much more quickly!

The Not-So-Good Stuff:

• Nope! Nothing to see here, friends. Move along! 😉

My conclusion?

Nala and I both LOVE the Newman’s Own^&#174 Organics Snack Sticks for doggies! They’re perfectly sized, and sectioned for easy breaking. They’re soft too, so even older doggies won’t have a problem chewing on them. We’ve tried comparable doggie sticks, but we think these are much better. They’re also healthier, so mommy feels good about giving these to us. We think they taste great, and we’re happy we were able to try them. Thank you for sending these to us, Newman’s Own Organics!
